REGISTRATION and FEES
We have a 3 step process setup for this season.
1. If you haven’t done so already, please fill out the player interest form located so we have all your details up to date.
2. We are asking everyone who wishes to play this season to pay their fees upfront. For information on payment methods and amounts, see the payment page for details. Payments made prior to October 3 will be rewarded by being included in the order for playing shirts.
3. Finally, and importantly, review the details at the player rego page and complete your registration for this season. If you haven’t filled out the last one, then we cannot register you with the association.
TWENTY20 MATCH – Saturday 3rd October 2009
We have arranged for two Twenty20 matches to be played at Artarmon Reserve, Burra Rd, Artarmon on the 3rd October. Kicking off at 10:00am, two sides will be picked and everyone will get a go at batting and bowling to get some match practice. We will follow that up with a second game in the afternoon so that everyone does get a run.
TRAINING
We have finished up the Saturday afternoon training sessions, and now are only training at Gladesville Indoor Cricket centre from 7pm on Wednesday evenings. This will then move to Monday evenings at Northbridge Oval once daylight savings commences in October.
PLAYER AVAILABILITY
We run pretty much all administration for the club through MyCricket. You will be sent emails, SMS etc regarding player availability. Within the next week you will be issued with a username and password to enter your availability as the first round of the season is on the 10th October. The earlier you enter the details, the easier it is for the selection committee to select you. If you do not fill this out, then it will be assumed you are unavailable.
If you have any questions with regards to the information above, then please do not hesitate to contact us, and someone from the NCC Executive will be in touch.

NCC Registration Day :: 26th Sept 2009
This is your last chance to signify your intentions to play for the ‘Bridge this season. After training the club will also be providing a light meal and some soft drinks. In order to assist with the catering, please reply to this email so that we can get an idea of the number of people who will be attending.
Training will run from 2pm – 4pm at Willoughby Oval as per normal with net sessions, fielding and coaching available to you. If you haven’t already turned up to a training session and want to be picked in the first round then you must turn up to this session. If you are unable to attend, then there is a good chance that you will miss selection in the opening rounds as preference will be given to those who have attended training and completed the registration process.
The registration day is important for the club to collect the final information regarding all players prior to the season commencement. We use the MyCricket administration system for all club communications, including Player Availability and Selections, so by assisting us in getting your correct details into the system will help the club provide a strong platform for you to enjoy your cricket this season.
Also for information regarding playing fees for this season, head over to our payment page. As per last season, payments can be made via Direct Credit to the NCC bank account, or via PayPal. All players who pay the full season amount of $275 before the 3rd of October will be provided with a Northbridge playing shirt.
Don’t forget also that we are still running Wednesday evening training at the Gladesville Indoor Sports centre from 7:30pm up until the commencement of Daylight Savings.
See you all on Saturday!
Season 09/10 – Training Start Dates
Cricket practice takes on a new look at Northbridge this season. Ben Munro (Former Northern District 1st Grade all rounder and NSWCA Coach) has been appointed Club Coach/Player Manager to help you make your training more focused and fun.
We want to meet you and see you into the season. The preseason training program involves weekend and midweek sessions so that everyone has a chance to make it along. As a minimum, we encourage all aspiring players to attend at least three preseason trainings in September so that names are put to faces and players get to know each other in readiness for Round 1 (on October 10).
